Steve has been passionate about coastal real estate since moving from Chicago to San Diego in 2004. He specializes in the Mission Beach and Pacific Beach areas of San Diego while closing transactions all over the county. Through his work experience and professional training, he has become an expert in coastal zone properties with detailed knowledge of property restrictions, exceptions, and potential usages. Additionally, he has knowledge of building costs and material procurement.

As most properties in Mission Beach are vacation homes or second homes, Steve helps his clients with asset management strategies & implementation, leasing vacation rentals, and long-term rentals, along with strategies for property improvements and maintenance.

He works hard every day to get his clients the most out of their property, whether it is a single family home or a multi-family investment property. Mr. Beal earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating from each with High Honor.
